Kenyon Square is a 243,000 square foot transit-oriented mixed-use development project located at the Columbia Heights Metro Station. This $92M project was development though a public-private partnership with the District of Columbia. The project consists of local and national retailers on the ground floor with condominium units above. The project was developed in a joint venture between Donatelli Development and Gragg & Associates.

Highland Park

400 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20010

Highland park is a 182,300 square foot transit-oriented mixed use development project located at the Columbia Heights Metro Station. This $115M project was developed though a public-private partnership with the District of Columbia. The project consists of local and national retailers on the ground floor with rental apartments above. The project was developed in a joint venture between Donatelli Development and Gragg & Associates.

Park Place

850 Quincy Street, NW Washington, D.C

Park Place is a 165,000 square foot transit-oriented mixed-use development project located at the Georgia Avenue-Petworth Metro Station. This $90M project was developed though a public-private partnership with the Washington Metro Transit Authority. The project consists of local and national retailers on the ground floor with rental units above. The project was developed in a joint venture between Donatelli Development and Gragg & Associates.

Ramada Inn, New Orleans

1732 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA

This 18-story structure, one of the tallest in the City of New Orleans contained 1,036 units, 695,000 sq feet and 250 covered parking spaces. The site is being redeveloped as a part of the Louisiana State University Medical Center.
